Don't have pcos will spironolact help clear my acne and cure body acne

Most men do not wear makeup but many will use male cosmetics which are usually applied to the face. Some of the male cosmetics that men should try to avoid are products like aftershave lotions and splashes that may contain certain chemicals that can cause acne. Other products that should be avoided include: shaving cream, hair gel, hair spray, facial cleansers, shaving gel and facial toners. All of these products may cause an acne breakout. It is a good idea for men who are prone to acne to visit their doctor or dermatologist who can advise them on proper skin care products that can be used on a regular basis without irritating the skin.
But how exactly do you do this? The first thing you should do is wash your face very thoroughly. Using warm water is better because the warm temperature promotes the unclogging of your pores. Once you are sure that all traces of dirt, dust, and makeup have been washed off, towel your face dry. You can then start applying the juices on your face in mask form. Keep the mixture on your face for roughly twenty to thirty minutes, and then rinse it off.
Don't be discouraged if you have tried different products before that didn't work. Most people fail to actually cure their acne because they are using different products that just don't work. Some people even give up. But don't worry - you can clear your acne completely if you follow the above advice.
