Many new acne sufferers these days are looking for an acne treatment that works as quickly as possible, no matter what the side effects are. The fact is, more the majority of acne sufferers, acne free skin isn't simple. It requires dedication and time, and there is no quick cheat to rid acne quickly. So, how could the e-book "Acne Free in 3 Days" claim acne freedom in just three days?
One of the most debatable topics when it comes to causes of acne is whether there is a direct link between a persons diet and acne. It has been reported that oily and fatty foods such as junk food, chocolates, chili and sweets are the main causes of acne. Contrary to popular belief, diet does not cause skin acne at all. Recent studies show that while diet is important for improving raw materials for healthy skin, greasy or sugary goods do not cause acne. This is according to the American Academy of Dermatology. Furthermore, a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association posited, diet plays no role in acne treatment in most patients even large amounts of certain foods have not clinically exacerbated acne.
Sure, dirt causes clogged pores, but clogged pores isn't necessarily acne. Acne can lead to clogged pores, but in that case the pores don't get clogged by dirt. Acne is a result of several factors, including oil, skin cells and certain bacteria, and dirt is not one of those factors. Sure, keeping your face clean helps preventing clogged pores and acne outbreaks, but dirt has no place in the equation. You can get acne outbreaks no matter how well you clean yourself. Dirt is not a factor in acne.
